Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
  • Consultation preferences, holding-window notes, and message content
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Payment references you send by bank transfer or FPS (processed outside this website)

Purposes

We use data to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver sessions, send projection follow-ups, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Where Hong Kong PDPO principles apply, we process data because you requested a service, because we have a legitimate interest in operating a secure site, or because law requires retention of business records.

Retention

Enquiry messages without a booking are kept up to 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept up to 7 years. Projection packs containing balances you supplied are deleted from our active systems within 90 days after the follow-up email, unless you ask us to retain them for a later review.

Sharing

We use email and productivity providers that process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

Some processors may store data outside Hong Kong. Where transfers occur, we seek contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination.

Your rights

You may request access to personal data we hold, correction of inaccuracies, and, in some cases, erasure or restriction. Email info@analytics-data.digital with enough detail to locate your records. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong.

Children

Services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
